Nick SouthAndy Foster A leadership specialist with 8 years’ military service Andy has for the last 10 years been coaching, training and advising senior executives and their teams: from FTSE operating board members to AIM chairmen and their boards to the owners and CEOs of SMEs. Andy also has “client-side” experience in many different areas of business: as Sir Jackie Stewart’s business manager during his time as head of a Formula One team, as a global project manager in Credit Suisse and as the operations director of an SME focused on the executive development of FTSE board members and their lead teams.
