
As part of Clarity’s committment to raising the bar for the leaders, boards and executive teams of growth companies, we run studies or research into the challenges that you face and the solutions that others have already found for them. We are currently investigating two areas: Board Effectiveness and CEO Leadership.
Board Effectiveness
We are currently re-designing our board evaluation process to develop a meaningful and value-adding board and top team appraisal approach for growth companies in the UK. As a starting point we joined forces with The Quoted Companies Alliance and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) to identify best practice in the way boards work in successful small to mid cap companies. By completing this specially-designed survey, which is being circulated throughout the UK's AIM community and amongst other smaller listed companies you will:
•Be able to compare your board with those of similar-sized listed companies
•Develop insight into where your strengths are … and where there is room for improvement
•Generate board effectiveness information for the small / mid cap community as a whole, which will be shared in a number of events following publication of the findings.
The survey is designed to be easily and quickly completed, so should only take about 8-12 minutes of your time. If you would like to be notified of the findings of the survey, please indicate this at the appropriate point in the questionnaire.

We conduct a two-hour elicitation interview with the senior executive. We use a facilitative approach to help you stand back and consider how you and your board operate. |
